Detailed Cleaning Services has one sole Proprietor named Stefani, she has been working in the cleaning industry for over 20 years, and has built this cleaning business on hard work, trust, and dedication.

Her journey in the cleaning industry began at just 17 years old, working for her fathers cleaning company. There she gained valuable hands-on experience cleaning RE-MAX offices, residential homes, and commercial spaces. Over the years, she continued to grow her skills by working with well-known companies such as The maids and Molly maids, where i learned the importance on consistency, attention to detail, and professional customer care.

Six years ago she decided to take all that experience and create something of her own. That's how Detailed Cleaning Services was born -- a business grown solely through word of mouth referrals. She has been proud to say most of her clientele has come from recommendations, built on trust, reliability, and high-quality results.

We are now ready to take the next steps and expand the business to serve more clients across Nanaimo and surrounding areas. Our goal is to continue providing exceptional service while becoming one of the most trusted recognized cleaning companies in the area.

Frequently asked questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash, e-transfer, bank transfer, and cheques for your convenience.
At this time, we do not yet accept credit cards, but we plan to offer that option in the near future. We’ll update our clients as soon as it becomes available.
Payment is typically due on the day of the service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all - It’s completely up to you. Many of our clients prefer to give us access while they’re away at work or running errands.
We are a trusted, licensed, and insured cleaning company, and we take your privacy and security seriously.

If needed, we can securely hold keys, alarm codes, or entry instructions, keeping them safely stored and confidential for future cleanings.
Do we have a cancelation policy?
We completely understand that life happens, illnesses, family emergencies, and unexpected events can come up. We never charge for last-minute cancellations due to genuine emergencies.
However, because our schedule is carefully planned and cancellations affect our staff and daily income, we do ask for at least 48 hours notice when possible.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment (without an emergency reason) may be subject to a 50% service fee, as we often cannot refill the spot on such short notice.
Your understanding helps us maintain fair scheduling and reliable work for our cleaning staff - and ensures we can continue to serve all of our clients with care and consistency.
